Our Township Trustees are

working hard on the following projects:

Scarborough Park Playground

A new playground was completed at Scarborough Park with proceeds from a Ohio Natural Resources Grant.

The playset is for children ages 5-12 years.

New Doors at Cemetery

New mausoleum doors have been installed. Sandblasting and tuck point work will be the next phase of the ongoing repairs at the Nova Cemetery.

Annual Firemen's Chicken Barbecue/Car Show

at Scarborough Park

Sept 11th from 2-6pm

Fun and Games for all ages

This sign is for organizations to post their events in Troy Township. Please send requests by e-mail to troytwpsign@novadsl.net

Farmer's Market

The Cleveland Food Bank is sponsoring a farmers market for any family in need.

This will be held at the firehouse on Monday, September 20th.

Fresh Veggies will be available

from 3-5 PM.

* The Ashland County Recycling Center PROVIDES TWO RECYCLING BINS AT THE TROY TOWNSHIP BUILDING EVERY DAY. One Bin is for food grade plastics #1 through #7 (no styrofoam), tin cans, and non-ferrous metals including aluminum cans, scrap aluminum, brass, copper, non-magnetic stainless, radiators, wet cell batteries & electric motors. The second Bin is for paper products including cardboard, magazines, newspapers, and miscellaneous paper. This can help local residents to save gas by not having to drive into Ashland City to drop off their recyclables. For more information please visit their web site.
